Neptune Developments are currently delivering the next phase of Liverpool's Science Park on what is known as the 'Wilderness Site' on Brownlow Hill.  The project comprises a four-storey 38,750 sq ft specialist office and laboratory building, offering the sort of high-specification workspace required by the Science Park. It will feature natural stone elevations and concealed car parking, and has received backing from both CABE and English Heritage.
