The reopening of the new Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre on Marine Promenade signifies the dawn of a new era and is the first tangible sign of the renaissance of New Brighton.
Working in partnership with Neptune Developments to reinvigorate New Brighton after many years of decline, the Floral Pavilion is in the vanguard of the regeneration of the area and will be a fantastic catalyst for the future phases of development and for increasing confidence in the area.
The importance of strategic regeneration is recognised by a funding partnership between Wirral Council, Neptune Developments, Government Office North West, North West Development Agency, Mersey Waterfront Regional Park and private sector partners.
We are confident that this stunning building will become the iconic symbol of New Brighton. It is a remarkable piece of architecture by Ken Martin Architects and a credit to Kier North West and all involved in the design and construction. This £11.5 million investment has created a dynamic multifunctional facility in Wirral which demonstrates the most remarkable value for money.
